Step 1. Login to your Blogger account.
Step 2. Go to 'Template'.
Step 3. Find the 'Backup/Restore' button at the upper right side of the page.
Step 4. A pop-up window will appear. Click 'Choose File' button and browse the .xml file of the Theme you want to add/install.
Step 5. Click 'Upload', wait until it loads and your done!
